Wilmar cooks sinigang



1 pouch sinigang soup base
2-3 pounds pork spareribs
10 cups water
kangkong, large stems removed
chinese long beans, cut in 3-inch pieces
eggplant, sliced
4-8 pieces small taro roots
1 unripened tomato
half of a medium onion, chopped
fish sauce (to your liking)

High level game plan: sweat the onions and cook the pork in water until tender, skim off fat, add whole tomato, add soup base, add vegetables in backwards order of fastest cooking items, serve with rice, feed girlfriend.
