Wilmar cooks adobo and rice



12 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 cup soy sauce
1 or 1.25 cups vinegar
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 bay leaves
0.5 tablespoons golden brown sugar
fresh cracked black pepper
vegetable oil

High level game plan: Cook the ingredients on medium low heat for 20 minutes, brown the meat, flavor up the sauce with brown sugar and drippings from the frying pan, top the browned meat with the sauce, serve with rice.
