Wilmar cooks sinigang



1 pouch sinigang soup base
2-3 pounds pork spareribs
10 cups water
kangkong, large stems removed
chinese long beans, cut in 3-inch pieces
eggplant, sliced
4-8 pieces small taro roots
1 unripened tomato
half of a medium onion, chopped
fish sauce (to your liking)

High level game plan: sweat the onions and cook the pork in water until tender, skim off fat, add whole tomato, add soup base, add vegetables in backwards order of fastest cooking items, serve with rice, feed girlfriend.

Wilmar bakes cookies



1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup ground oatmeal
4 oz. white chocolate bar, shaved
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 stick butter
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 large egg
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips

High level game plan: combine flour, oatmeal, shaved chocolate, baking soda, and salt, cream butter and sugar and vanilla, add egg, incorporate flour mix into creamed butter, fold in chips, bake, cool, eat.

Wilmar cooks ice cream french toast



6 rolls of special pan de sal, sliced into 12 slices
2 eggs
2 scoops pralines 'n' cream ice cream
1 cup milk
0.5 tsp pure vanilla extract

High level game plan: dry out the bread in the oven, make the dip (or batter) with the ice cream and eggs and milk, dip the bread in the batter, griddle them up, serve with ice cream!

Wilmar cooks adobo and rice



12 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 cup soy sauce
1 or 1.25 cups vinegar
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 bay leaves
0.5 tablespoons golden brown sugar
fresh cracked black pepper
vegetable oil

High level game plan: Cook the ingredients on medium low heat for 20 minutes, brown the meat, flavor up the sauce with brown sugar and drippings from the frying pan, top the browned meat with the sauce, serve with rice.
